Account was unreasonable banned
Hello there. My account (ally code 926-734-755) was banned without any reason on Coliseum. I didn't use any cheats, unfair gaming strategies or something like this. I repeated Anha1d tactic with Kel leader and pass Level 1 of Coliseum. Then I switch my leader (as he advised in video) to Barris to give a chance to survive after AOE. All my team instead JKL died. I give one shot - then killed my boss. And after immediately recieved notification that I was banned due cheating in Coliseum. Please explain what I break. I didn't use any app, I even not use VPN. Playing from same device that I've played before. I completed Ban Apeal form but didn't receive any notification or confirmation on my email about this. Please help with this bug. I paid $19,99( plus state tax ) for the episode pass and hours later still on day one I bought the $19.99 ( plus tax ) pass plus, expecting character boosts levels. I am still stuck at level 12 loaned characters while I see YouTubers Vexitron’s and Scybe’s at level 19 and level 17 respectively. Why the variance? Am I being punished for saving $0.01 by buying them separately? If I bought both simultaneously it would have been $39.99 not the separately $39.98. Please fix this discrepancy. Every day I lose rank and therefore rewards. Both YouTubers have reached level 3. I have not. I am stuck at level 2 at 19%.Bought Mara Jade pack, shards not given, crystals gone.
I bought 5 cards of mara jade Skywalker shards. After being initially given about 35 shards total, I got redirected to her character overview, were I was given the option to raise her to level 85 and upgrade her equipment (neither worked), before the game crashed. Now I got neither my 6000 crystals, nor the shards, which I bought. Hope somebody reads this and can help, thanks in advance!Recompensas evento

I was used to buying the Normal Pass every month, but yesterday I bought and paid for it without receiving it—it just shows an error. I bought it yesterday afternoon — I’ve already received a confirmation email from Google—but I just haven't received the item yet. At least the game doesn't let me buy the same item again, because it says you already own it. I'll wait until tomorrow, but if I don't receive it, I'm leaving the guild and uninstalling the game; I can't keep playing a game that steals my money. Loaned Unit + refound Bug
So I come here following multiple discussions I’ve seen and had on the SWGOH EVENT Discord, to check ask for the EA/CG Team to check if this is true and if Yes, please correct it, because it throws the entire Coliseum out of balance and literally prevents people from earning what they should have earned in points and Era Coins. So as has been said many times before : - There are people like me, who had the "Level 0 bug", who were refunded 5 and are now at Level 5. And if that were the end of it, it would be resolved without any issues, yes. Except that: - There are people who didn’t have the Level 0 bug and who apparently received the “refund” of 5 as well. And so they’re already at Level 10 as F2P players, or even higher depending on which packs they purchased. Since the probable max is 26, it seems these people can go up to 31 as a result. - There are people who didn’t experience the bug, bought the pass, and didn’t get the “refund” to level 5, and now they’re upset because they spent money to get to level 9 while F2P players are at level 10 just because of that. And I have to admit, I was going to buy the pass, because this Era character really interest me a lot. But I didn't cauz of the bug. Why pay to be at a disadvantage anyway? - And there are people starting from scratch who apparently began their Coliseum runs with characters ranging from level 30 to 115. It remains to be seen which ones cheated, there are surely some in the mix, but there are also probably bugs involved. Can that be checked? Thanks! Daily Quests are resetting earlier than the 24-hour mark, causing who knows how many players to miss out on rewards they were working to claim at the last minute. This is the first (and if this isn't remedied, the ONLY) month I actually shelled out for the Episode Pass. What's most discouraging is that I cannot seem to find anything from the developer team addressing it at all. Devs have marked all previous bug reports on this issue as "resolved". I'm here to say it is not resolved y'all! Help me (and the player base at large) out!“Join a Player-Run Guild” Renewal Quest Reward Not Claimable
I was given the “Join a player-run guild” renewal quest after I had already returned to the game and joined a guild. The quest isn’t being completed even though I am currently in a “player-run guild”. I do not want to leave this guild and rejoin for obvious reasons (especially considering the Quest isn’t popping as is). I have confirmed that it is a player-run guild. Screenshot attached. I see on the forums that I’m not the only one with this issue. Could this be resolved? My ally code is 998-624-937 if needed. Thanks in advance!
