You can kill GAS with any instakill skill (such as CAT: JMK resets her cooldowns and then she says "bye bye" to her master).
So, the question is: how fast is your GAS? Because The Stranger's basic allows him to instakill if he is 250+ faster than his enemy.
GAS speed is 268.
Does this mean speed of The Stranger is over 518? Can that even be?
He has +60% speed bonus in Conquest and gains 50 in the first attack, so: maybe.
