Conquest Rewards Bug: Received Gold Crate rewards despite achieving Red Crate

This latest conquest (Satele Shan run 1), I achieved Red Crate about 7 days into the conquest cycle and spent the remaining 7 farming datacrons. I know for a fact I achieved at LEAST 630 keycards. Today, I got my rewards and it said I only achieved 627 keycards. A former guildmate has reported the same issue.

I am a 14m+ GP player who has red-crated practically every single conquest since conquest first came out with the Razorcrest. When you red crate there's a huge icon at the bottom of the conquest screen that's impossible to miss, it's not a mistake I'd ever make, especially for a game mode as important as conquest. This could either be a UI bug (displaying the red crate achieved despite being under 630 keycards), or a keycard calculation bug, especially considering many of the global feats now award 18 cards instead of previous 15 (perhaps 15 was mistakenly calculated for one of the globals? That would explain the -3 from 630).

Sadly I do not have a screenshot of me achieving the red crate, but I do have a screenshot of the 627 cards stated in the rewards. I have intentionally avoided claiming the rewards until this matter is resolved.
