Couldn't finish the battle

So I attacked a full GLAT team with SEE&Bane and after Bane nuked everyone but Ashoka like 1 and a half minutes into the battle, I suddenly couldn't do anything anymore. The battle ended when the timer reached 0 and my score was recorded but for over 3 minutes in the battle I couldn't perform any action. Because of that I didn't beat GLAT and will lose the GA in a couple of hours. Attached is a recording from some time in the middle of the battle, it continued like this until the timer ran out. I have actually had this kind of problem before, if I recall correctly about half a year ago with my SLKR. I'm not even hoping for compensation for losing a GA because of this, just pls fix it before it happens again...
