Crew tutorial glitch loop!!!

I have been stuck on the crew tutorial loop for hours now! I’ve tried all the suggestions I can find with pressing screen in different places. Please sort it out.

Everyone else, try this to get your ally code:
Characters > Aayla Secura > Click her Shards > Above 'Cost 200 Guild Points' Click Go > Close the Shipments Page > Manage > Click your name (Ally code should be at bottom)
Additionally, if you manage to get your ally code, please create a new thread to make it easier to see who we were able to help. I am closing this thread for now to avoid missing anyone.
