Darth Bane LSB not delivered to account

Hi,

I recently bought the Darth Bane LSB from the Webstore yesterday while it was still there, and payment went through successfully. I received a copy of the order by email, but have not received the actual content in-game. I have not received any crystals like other players have reported either. Could someone please advise on how to resolve this issue? I really want the character I paid for and this is my first Webstore purchase.
