Darth Bane's Malevolent Whirlwind is still bugged and it is annoying as hell

The description is this:
"Dispel all buffs on all enemies twice, then deal Physical damage to all enemies twice, dealing 10% more damage for each buff dispelled, and inflict Healing Immunity for 2 turns. If the ally in the Leader slot is Sith Eternal Emperor, he gains 1% Ultimate Charge for each enemy that was dealt damage with Deceived or Linked. Bane gains 5 Siphon until the end of the encounter."

The whole states that it is dispelling twice THEN deals dmg, but this is STILL not working and I've had a lot cases when I lost because an enemy was spamming Foresight and this ability is still bugged since release!!!

Fix it, because I don't fell like this is a problem only just for me.
