I have a problem with Darth sidious datacron not applying the Dot on basic attacks and not killing enemy with 5 Dot, has this been reported or is it just my game

Hi I restarted the game and seemed to work correct in this GAC and was working in TW, I am wondering if I updated my roster before last GAC lock in.
