I restarted the game, of course, and my mobile device, but thiught this should be reported, as I can see no report of this on the forums ...

Not troll, didn't notice this to begin and why would his energy increase to full after the first attack? And he ain't starting with 49% energy, more like 80%, even with Palpatine as the leader....
That's health steal. He's been starting below 50% HP for me, as intended. Can you get a recording of him starting at 80%?
