Deceptive advertising "Claim 50000 loaned unit levels instantly with Pass+"

Hi CG, I have a big problem with flase advertising and you essentially stealing from me... I only upgraded to Pass+ to get loaned unit levels instantly as per the screenshot, as you can see my era loaned units are still level 14, which should not be the case considering your store advertisement.

I have a big problem and want my loan units maxed out or a refund... Not crystal, not something else, what I paid for or my money back since I am not getting what I paid for.

I will also be checking to see if the Consumer Protection Act in South Africa is something you are subject too, and I will raise this with Google as well if not corrected to my and the Law's satisfaction.

You become greedy recently, that fine its not illegal, but what I didnt get versus what you advertised, that is Illegal, and I dont want a few hundred crystals instead of a refund!!!
