Dedra and KX Animation Speeds do not properly go to 4x speed

Even when playing in 4x speed, these two characters animation speeds are still playing in 1x speed. Every other character gets faster when you switch from 1x speed to 2x speed to 4x speed, but these units seem to be unaffected by it. Please fix this so that their animations are properly sped up.
