Did not receive the R10 relic material

Yeah CG should have put the materials in our mail box. Or a unique token that would take any one r7-r9 up to R10 automatically. That'd be nice. 

To your question its in the store website as a calendar. Dumb place to put it. You can use 200 crystals for each day to speed along to the days you get the materials on. 

Those were part of the online store calendar. CG requires players to check it every day. You lost out on so much more than just R10 mats in the past few weeks.

So we just.... missed out out of thousands of dollars and 10 years with no help. Welp.. here goes another customer.
