Didn't get my rewards for the new game mode

I was in the 30 to 60 bracket and didn't get the daily reward at all. I get there are bugs but this is getting ridiculous. Money and crystals spent on the game but I don't even get the rewards? I won't get anymore in future cause I won't spend hundreds? So this is now a game only for whales? I just want the lightspeed tokens in there cause I know I'll never get anywhere further but this is getting to the point where I'll delete to game before playing it. I came back over a year ago cause I love'd the game but this is taking all the fun from the game.
