Didn't get rewards for Conquest

I achieved the gold crate for Conquest, but did not get the rewards in my inbox.  I might not have noticed, but I am exactly 25 shards away from unlocking Dark Rey.  Please advise.

    I hadn't because this is the first time I've had any problems of this sort and didn't know the proper channels.  I will though, thanks.
