I finished rank 11 in coliseum, but I didn't get the circular era points from it. I have checked inbox, coliseum, and restarted the game and nothing.

I have guild mates who also did not get coliseum rewards,

Someone mentioned that it may be related to doing a coliseum battle with rewards available might get rid of them, but those 2 allyCodes could not remember if they did or not
I didn't receive the rewards today, and i indeed did the battle before claiming the rewards from yesterday
