Didn't receive crystal reward from Kessel run

I earned enough coaxium in the store to claim the Parsec 4 reward -- 200-1.2k of crystals.  I claimed it in the store, but it never showed up in my game account.  I tried exiting the game and signing in multiple times, but it never appeared (either as an increase in my crystals or as a message in my inbox).

This happened on Saturday Aug 23.  Is there some way you could restore this reward?
