Didn't receive Loaned Unit Levels

In my case I did not receive the "Loaned unit era level increase" even though the reward appears as claimed in the calendar. Now i have lvl 5 mara and level 0 loaned units...

Glad to see I'm not alone, "luckily" mine is just the calender and I havent bought the pass or pass+ but still to be missing 5 levels on day 1 is gonna have an impact all era

My loaned units are also all at 0.

I intend to purchase the pass+ but I think I’ll hold off until this is fixed. 

Same issue for me..  Friend and I both bought EP+ and the Mara Jade pack. His loaned units are level 19 and mine are 10..

UPDATE: Customer Service has made good.

Same thing for me, logged in as the era turned over and ended up with the "calender" with 100 era currency, when I reloaded the game that calendar was replaced with the loaned unit level calendar and it said I had claimed the era level boost.

But when I go into coliseum my loaned units are level 0 still while the calendar shows that I've claimed the 5 level boost. Was planning on getting the episode pass+ but I'm worried that I won't get the levels from it if this calendar is bugged too.

Same as above - Bought EP+ and the smaller Mara Jade pack. Did Tier IV of the Marquee for the bonus loaned unit levels and claimed the calendar. Stuck at level 10 loaned units, should be at 19.

I have the same Loaned Level token issue. When I first opened it it was only EC showing for like 10 days worth. When I when back to the calendar, it looks different and more like last Eras Loaned unit calendar. It shows me getting the first one which is 5 levels, but it did not apply to my account. 

EP+ purchased. 5 card pull purchased. Please fix.
