Another case here, 3 levels got in a message with reward, 5 levels in the calendar and finally 3 in the roster.

Same issue here, claimed the calendar but it was just for 8 days of 100 Era currency per day, collected the first 100 but now the calendar shows 80 days and the first reward of +5 loaned unit level token shows as collected.

Also claimed the bonus pack which only had 100 Era currency, the +4 loaned unit level token was missing. So my loaned units should be at least level 9 but currently still at level 0, restarting the game makes no difference.

My loaned characters are now at 0 lvl, and my first day rewards the 5lvl are claimed already. All my loned characters are lvl0 which is unplayable and a huge disadvantage. Could you please give me my 5lvl for my loned characters please?

Bought the pass+ but stuck at loaned level 5.  I should be at 14.

I activated the loaned unit calendar and purchased the Episode Pass, but my loaned units are at level 5. I did not received bonus from EP.
