Didn't receive Loaned Unit Levels

Same problem.

I got the Pass+ and both Mara Jade bundles I & II.  I already claimed the calendar and the bonus from web store. Friend of mine and some from my guild got the same packs, but their loaned units are at level 26.  Mine is still at level 22.

Same problem here. And apparently, from the discussions I’ve seen and had on the SWGOH EVENT Discord:

- There are people like me, who had the "Level 0 bug", who were refunded 5 and are now at Level 5. And if that were the end of it, it would be resolved without any issues, yes.

Except that:

- There are people who didn’t have the Level 0 bug and who apparently received the “refund” of 5 as well. And so they’re already at Level 10 as F2P players, or even higher depending on which packs they purchased. Since the probable max is 26, it seems these people can go up to 31 as a result.

- There are people who didn’t experience the bug, bought the pass, and didn’t get the “refund” to level 5, and now they’re upset because they spent money to get to level 9 while F2P players are at level 10 just because of that.

- And there are people starting from scratch who apparently began their Coliseum runs with characters ranging from level 30 to 115. It remains to be seen which ones cheated, there are surely some in the mix, but there are also probably bugs involved.

And I hope there is no one is in the situation: they got the level 0 bug and didn’t get their shard refunds. So, guys, if there are any out there, good luck to them. They’re stuck at level 0 (but I haven’t seen any, I’m just hoping noone is in that worst-case scenario).

Can that be checked?

I received some Loaned unit tokens in the mail this morning. No idea if its the right amount, or if they just sent them to everyone - which would defeat the point - but thank you! 

I also purchased era pass plus and the $30 shard pack. My loaned units are level 10

Having the same issue with loaned units being below other guildmembers with equal purchase. Currently 4-5 levels below similar players

I just noticed today my loaned units are 4 lvl lower than others. I bought the bundle 1 and the pass +.

Day 3 log in total        = 11 tokens
Also I bought
Mara Jade Bundle 1 =  2 tokens
Mara Jade bundle 2 =  7 tokens
Episode Pass              = 4 tokens
Pass Plus                      = 5 tokens
Level 5 cleared          = 3 tokens
I should have 32 Tokens and I only have 23. Please help!!
