I activated the loaned unit calendar and purchased the Episode Pass+ and both Mara Jade bundles. I received the loaned unit upgrades from the calendar and the episode pass bonus but not the Mara Jade bundles. I received email in the inbox showing level increases for both bundles but they were not applied to my account. I have 5 from the calendar and 5 from pass+ for a total of 10. and it should be much higher than that.

I have some kind of non-standard number of levels of borrowed characters, all of them are 14,18... someone who bought for a donation has 21 and so on. I have level 17 why? I bought a box with shards of maria for 13 k... some kind of inferiority (((
I'm STILL missing the initial 5 levels that the free calendar was supposed to give. My loaned units are only level 9, and im so far behind on coliseum because of it

Same issue, the calendar never launched pls help, support is doing **bleep**....
All my loaned units are lvl 0!
so...i debugged the calendar going in the era shop. But still missing levels, i am at lvl 16 sunday
don't think we will get any help tbh and if there is any reconciliation at the end that wont be soon enough as right now is prime time for loaned units to carry and it is costing everyone missing score
How do people fix this? I saw it said 'fixed'? Also, hiding the calender in the era store without a notification is diabolical.
Similar issue, impossible to upgrade her and loaned units all at 0. Not able to get any progress in coliseum at all.
