Disappearing journey quest rewards

I have been having issues with Journey Quests . I When I have completed them , before I am able to collect the reward , the quest disappears. This has only happened with Quests in which the reward has been Anomalous Lightspeed tokens . When it is a hero specific  lightspeed token I have not had any issues. Worst part is when I go to “Find available lightspeed tokens “ I still see the tokens there , but after clicking on them instead of it showing it is in a journey quest , it says “no location found” this has happened at least 4 times now on different occasions on new Journey quests . I have learned if I close out of the app when a new quest appears with one of these tokens , and leave the quest uncompleted and close out of the app and come back in , then proceed to compete the quest I am able to claim it . It has only happened on new quests that I complete IMEDIATLY after appearing
