Hi,
I bought the Episode Pass today in the EA app on PC and paid with PayPal. The payment went through twice, so I’ve been charged twice for the same purchase. I received two payment confirmation emails from PayPal, but only one purchase confirmation email from EA.
I don’t want to open a PayPal dispute since I’ve seen other players mention it can risk an account ban. I just want to make sure this gets sorted the right way.
I would really appreciate it if someone from EA could get in contact with me to resolve this duplicate charge.
