Jedi Master Mace Windu not applying Doubt to the leader with his ability "Decapitation Strike".
Ability as-written states: "If target enemy was in the Leader slot, this damage is doubled, all enemies are inflicted with Doubt for 2 turns"
When used targeting the leader, Doubt is only applied to non-leader enemies.
If this is WAI, in-game text should be changed to "all other enemies are inflicted with Doubt for 2 turns"
