I access the game through Google Play using my email [edit: email address removed], and it works normally on Android.
The game is connected to an EA account using the exact same email. However, on PC it does not log in — it cannot find the connection. The same issue happens in the in-game web store: it asks for credentials, but after submitting, it just refreshes back to the initial screen without logging in.
Right before the refresh, I can briefly see the message status=CODE_CHECK_ERROR, in case that helps with debugging.
I am able to log into my EA account normally through the EA website, which makes me believe this is an issue with the link between the game account and the EA account.
