Episode Pass Plus not rewarded.

I purchased the Episode Pass Plus on Tues Feb 10, shortly after new Era began, (over 24 hrs) and still have not received my purchase.  I went to the gear icon and clicked on restore purchases, still have not received rewards.  My player id is KWwTc-xbTjmxSPAFCH9QnQ
