Episode Track- won’t allow me to purchase the pass

The new Episode Track opened and it won’t allow me to purchase the pass. It says I have already reached my daily purchase limit when I haven’t purchased anything for the day.

    Restarting my phone and logging in a few hours later in the day the Episode pass worked. You can close the item. Thanks.
