Getting reward prompt but when clicking on reward an error code 9.0. Pops up. This keeps happening and no issue with connection. It will also not allow me to follow the contact us link.

constantly having issues with the game on PC. the game keeps locking up and throwing Error code 9. I just received a notification to contact EA with this issue if I have strong internet and I do. my Ally Code is "825-428-317". I am not having this issue on Mobile. only PC. EA says report Via Game and help menu but that doesn't exist anymore so here I am

Same here! Ran a speed test and my connection is solid. I’m wondering if it’s happening to lots of people and everyone’s trying to hit “contact us” at the same time, perhaps?

Same here , another bug in coliseum, as Always After update. Don't change nothing , your game is so briliant , pity that is so poorly developed.
