To whom this concerns,
I have played this game on and off over the years and have really enjoyed it.
I had taken a bit of a hiatus from playing towards the end of August to move in back to my college and around the first week of September, I tried getting back into the game. At that time and every time since then, when I would try to play it, I would see an error message pop up onto my screen (Error Code 2.0) and nothing I did would allow me to get back into the game.
Please help me to understand why this error is occurring. I had spent a good deal of IRL money to improve my characters and everything under my account this summer, so I would like to get back to playing with them and not have all of that money go to waste.
I will be attaching a screenshot I took from my phone earlier today of the specific error message I keep seeing every time I try to play the game.
