EYES OF THE EMPIRE Tier VIII will not unlock. I meet the required minimum to unlock this. EYES OF THE EMPIRE TIER 8 is bugged and not working as Intended. Missing out on higher tier rewards.

The text is actually wrong. For Tier 8, ISB characters Major Partagaz, Dedra Meero, and KX Security Droid at Relic 9 are required. We have flagged this as a bug now.
