F-34T Training Droids disc is bugged in conquest. It should make everyone but enemy leader unkillable, but it makes so enemy leader also can not die. So using that disc makes winnig fight literally impossible.

The disc is not broken. It is to help you do feats in a single battle instead of wasting resources doing the same thing repeatedly. Example, score 200 profit using pirates on enemies, apply 200 prot down, tenacity down, etc. Don't equip the training droid disc unless you are doing feats.
The enemy leader is an enemy, and can only be instakilled. Working exactly as described.
