Same here. Tier 1 would crash the game halfway through the final Stage, usually following the elimination of Darth Maul and Ezri. By mid evening UK time I was finally able to complete Tier 1, however Tier 2 still crashed the game in the exact same manner.
Very frustrating and very disappointing.
