Flawed Signal Data is Not Dropping

It seems like I'm starting to get something. I spent over 600 energy over the past 2 days and have only gotten 7 Flawed Signal Data. That's over 30 battles with a 4% drop rate. It's not worth it. I don't get enough greens either or bonus omis to make any of it worth the energy. It would take me weeks of straight grinding the node in order to get enough signal data to upgrade 1 relic level.

If I paid for enough refreshes like Egnards I would have better data to work with. I made this post in the first place because for nearly the whole week I was getting big fat 0s with flawed signal data not dropping whatsoever. And sometimes I wouldn't even get green signal data on the 9F node.
