Hi!
This is regarding a specific bug in the event Forest Moon Assault Battles.
#1. Please note that in the Challenge Tier -1 it was not possible to sim it. (I am 3 stars on them and have simmed it earlier pretty often). a) Initially the messaged displayed was 'you do not have enough sim tickets (i have over 27.2K sum tickets)
#2. Unlike Challenge Tier 1, I could sim the other battles within Forest Moon + I received my regular rewards on Challenge Tier -2 when I went through a normal battle across 1-8 levels.
#3. Subsequently, I tried to manually do the 8 levels in Challenge Tier 1, which upon completion of the the battle manually did not drop any rewards -> instead a message pops up 'You do not have enough galactic challenge tickets to attempt this battle'.
#4. Once I shut the app and re-opened it, the battle on Challenge Tier 1 is grayed out (like you normally would have if you have finished it and rewards have been given)
I have attached all the images as a reference.
And yes I did close and open the app + I am attaching all the images as a reference. Kindly do help fix the bug (my ally code is 114-819-511). I have also reported it to the customer service exec through 'help'
Would also request that the Challenge Tier 1 rewards are sent to my inbox. Thanks !
