GAC Fleet Not Awarding Full Banners!

Based on the logs, I have the following:

Profundity vs Executor = 75 Banners
Home One vs Chimaera = 74 Banners
Executrix vs Raddus = 73 Banners

I didn't get to see the results until just yesterday after all the GAC rounds were updated. This is the round in question. Apparently on my 3rd fleet battle one of my ships had lost a bit of health and protection in the battle. The end of that battle displayed 73 banners while the recorded value is 72.

I'm still wondering about the first 2 battles because none of my ships took any damage. Is 74 the max banner value now? I could be wrong but I thought it was higher. I have looked at previous runs and can see 76 banners awarded when my fleet ends the battle with full health and protection.
