- Are you a returning player?
- Have you made any changes to your account in the last 10 days? (i.e. transferred progress to a different device, linked to EA Connect, etc)
- Have you encountered any other issues with progress in the last 10 days?

Hi:
- No, I have been playing for years with no rest.
- I linked it to EA long time ago, when PC client arrived. But I had never used it to enter in my Android device until the login issues with Google Play a few days ago (that was the solution to the problem in my case).
- I'm not aware of any other issue.
