Game crashing after finding match

pls pls pls help me out I cant play apex for the past like 2 months it loads in a black screen with apex loading animation on bottom right  whenever match is found and sends me back to loading screen  its does this 4-5  times then I can join a single match. I have tried changing my router and changed all the settings I can in my pc nothing worked pls fix this or I am going to stop playing apex after a week it  doesnt makes any sense
