Game stuck on Loading Cantina screen.

Exact same with me. At first restarting my A16 worked but now it has stopped working, I reckon it has to do with the new iOS update.

Issue started with the iPad and persists there, but then had same issue with my iPhone the following day locking me out of the game completely. Opening the games app in iOS helped for my phone, but not until I missed 2 days worth of rewards. Game Center settings won’t show on either device.

Unable to load the game on iOS using an iPad.  Struggled for over an hour to load.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Rebooted multiple times.  Missed my Fleet Arena payout window.  -200 Crystals.  Not a good user experience.

Afterwards, I log into this forum to post a bug and the game loads up 30 minutes after I missed my payout window.  Game was stuck loading new content.  Very disappointing, especially knowing that I lost fleet arena payout crystals and more importantly, over an hour of my of my time.

On a separate note, cannot log into the store as the "MFA" email is not getting sent to my email address and I cannot login without it.

Out of curiosity, I restarted my iPad, signed out of and back into Game Center, and then reinstalled the game (I also deleted the data). The first launch went without a hitch. But after I closed the app, it wouldn't start up again.

One piece of information that might be relevant is that Game Center doesn't load within the Settings app at this point either.

It’s iPadOS 26.5 for sure.

Check if you signed up to test iOS 27 Beta. This may cause the issue
