Game Won't Load

For the past couple of days the game refuses to get past the loading screen and I just get the 'Loading Cantina' message. 

I have tried reinstalling the game, tried logging in via a different device, where I get an error code 9.78. 

It's particularly frustrating given there's a conquest going on and I've bought a pass, not to mention a live GA and my guild has a TB and Raid going on.
