GL Leia removes CD for Enemy IPD Self Destruct in TB

When using Leia on any planet with 'Imperial Supremacy', notably Kashyyyk and Mandalore the enemy probe droid will always have access to Self-Destruct. 

I believe that this clause 'Allies and enemies are immune to cooldown manipulation.' is removing IPD's restraint to be below 100% health and granting him permanent access to Self-Destruct. 


 "While Imperial Probe Droid has full Health, or has no active allies, the cooldown of this ability is set to max and can't be reduced."

Leia likely prevents that cooldown manipulation that sets it to max whenever he is spawned in.
