I am not receiving the free gift reward from the web store.

Hello, I have a problem: every time I receive the free gift from the web store and log into the game, the reward appears as "discarded" and I don't receive it. How can I fix this? If possible, I need a refund for the rewards I've lost. Thank you very much.

    The inbox message has "dismiss" (not discard) because the rewards are already added to your account when you claim it from the webstore. The inbox message is just telling you what it was.
