Interesting update. Here is a screenshot of someone acknowledging my purchase. Followed by a screenshot of someone denying that someone had acknowledged my purchase.
I have asked for contact details for EAs legal team. Support staff have given me a snail mail address in china and insisted that that is the only method that exists to contact their legal team.
