I would say the words 'i recognize you bought the ugnaught lightspeed bundle' seem like a pretty clear recognition that I bought the ugnaught lightspeed bundle.
In a way, I am glad this happened. EA has ripped me off for 15 bucks. I was going to spend 30 on the new episode path yesterday and didn't.
So EA supports decision to recognize I bought ugnaught but say there is nothing they can do about it, then backpedal and claim they never said they recognize that I bought it despite the words being right there for anyone with eyes has already saved me money.
Very interesting that there are a number of people with currently open threads who also bought ugnaught and received random garbage instead. I am sure it's just a whole lot of user error.
I would reach out to in-game support again. But I have been doing this for a week already and repeatedly facing 'nothing we can do, calling this issue resolved'
At this point I am interested in taking it up with your legal team. Have you got an email address for them? I have repeatedly tried to get this information from your support staff who have point blank refused to provide me with that information, which isn't a great look
