This is what I keep getting and it’s annoying me 

hi i bought too 15min ago from PC web store it was some error but it charged 15$ on my bank account. My ally code is 835-984-438. i tried restore purchase but didnt work. bundle still hold when i go to web store.

Thanks for the ally code. What issue are you experiencing? I can see several purchases on the account up until Nov 1st. Did the issue start after that date?

And I’m experiencing issues when trying to purchase things in the game 

And the message I keep getting is purchase can’t be completed please contact iTunes support 

It appears to be an issue with your payment provider, so we suggest contacting them and/or Apple support to resolve the issue.
