I’m hoping this forum post can help me with my issue because the EA chat bot hasn’t helped at all.
My friend intended to gift me leviathan bundle 2 but instead i received the malgus bundle. We’re unsure if this was his mistake or a potential bug.
I have not redeemed the gift as it should make the assisting parties life easier when trying to rectify the issue.
I’d like to request either:
A) Friend to be refunded
B) Swap my malgus gift to the intended leviathan 2 bundle
