I did not manage to get a snapshot of this but both my SLKR team and the enemy SLKR team were invincible in Grand Arena. I tried to attack with my own SLKR team but both teams could not finish off any characters, it always stopped at low red health.
This happened just a couple minutes ago. I saw that some other people have experienced this problem even four months ago, so the problem must be known but just not fixed. I guess if the datacron isn't coming back you just prioritize other areas but now I will lose this Grand Arena match since I can't clear it. Is it possible to not lose rating at the very least?

I realize it could have to do with dark rey omicron but if that the case, one of the characters must have never gotten the chance to take a turn. How does this work?

You answered the question, yourself. Remember, unmasked kylo retaliates. So, it appears he's getting turns. However, unless you pass a turn over to him with Hux, he'll never get a turn in this match up. Not even if the match went on all day.
Quite possible the red lobster didn't get a turn either.
Same here! I have lost GAC top spots because Capital Games won’t fix their GAME!!!! I have contacted them multiple times but nothing! I have sent pics/videos nothing!!!! They owe me a lot. Who else do we contact or should we go on a road trip and find those responsible?
I just had a round with my Great Mothers against Malgus and his team just took turns for 5 minutes straight as his teams energy went down to one the whole time.

Status changed:NewtoNot A BugHow is this not a bug!? I just experienced the exact same issue. Mirror matched SLKR teams the both with dark Rey datacron. The only difference is that my DC was maxed out and the opponent had only tier 1 dc. Both teams and all toons got plenty of turns. This is definitely a bug. Whoever categorized as not a bug needs to check their facts or get a new job.

I very much doubt this is the case. I presume you used a tank? You would have to actively pass over a turn for them to get a turn. Remember, that Kylo unmasked retaliates; this is not a turn. Unless you pass over a turn to him from Hux or FO Officer, I think it's practically impossible for him to get a turn.
Well, I assume you are probably correct that some toons from the FO team did not get a turn in my case and that just made Rey's passive make the whole team invincible for the whole battle on both sides.
My memory is a bit fuzzy now that it has been over 2 weeks since this happened but yeah, the match might have just been Dark Side Rey from both teams attacking one after the other and since none of the other characters get a turn they stay untargetable and therefore invincible as well.
I really like the new characters but the wall of text makes it hard to predict interactions. Glad to have gotten an answer for this one though.If you weren't passing turns over to the red lobster and unmasked kylo with Hux, they won't get turns. Certainly, Kylo won't 100%. So, if you're unsure on whether they got a turn, they definitely didn't get a turn.
It's all over now though, the cron is officially dead in the next few days.
