Jedi knight revan lsb purchase

I really need help, so i explain my problem now in detail. I wanted to buy the Jedi knight revan lsb, clicked on it, used paypal to pay. Got the waiting screen and after that paypal closed and i got back to the webstore. There was the pop up „purchase was successful”. But neither did i get a email with a receipt or money was booked from my paypal. So i didn’t pay anything, but the lsb disappeared and i can’t buy it anymore. I tried to get it gifted but even there i can’t be chosen. I think the system thinks i purchased it and have those characters. But i haven’t. Please just make the lsb reappear in my webstore or my ingame store. So i don’t have anything to show you like receipt and stuff like that. I just want to see the lsb again
