Jedi Master Mace has omicrons that state "while in Territory Wars" followed by text.
He was pretty clearly balanced around raid use so these omis should be updated to reflect his only actual utility.
This can be a text fix only to "while in Raids" because the omis aren't needed in the raid and also do nothing of note in TW so no need for any actual under the hood changes. This will make his use more clear for players unfortunate enough to farm him.

Best they can do is also reduce his utility in the raid as well by not even allowing him to underman, requiring a further investment of resource into a team known to be useless (even with a bespoke DC!) in PVP.
