Happened in Raid after anniversary update. After Jocasta drew her rifle, but before she would have died, I was able to throw the rifle. Every turn after that I was also able to throw the rifle.

I can confirm i had this bug today too, i thought it was some special because was my first time trying R5 raid, then i came here to check any reports.
I can't say how i got it, suddenly after i transformed in rifle i could throw bombs (special before dying). What i could realise i was full hp before the revive, so they had to instakill me-revive-use special, but or it didn't happen or it happened so fast the server didn't record it.
