I am trying to beat but it is just not possible and I have all the required characters max level. Please help.

You need a team with good synergy. You can beat the last stage with gear 12 Geonosians. You might need low relics for General Grievous and his droids.
If you have a mixture of different separatists, it will be very difficult and push the required relic level even higher.
At some point, you'll probably need both full Geo and GG teams; it's better to bite the bullet now and make one or the other.
