Have you tried rebooting the game?

Rebooting on PC client did not initially work - however loading up the mobile client did infact give the notification & it is now recorded as complete. Thank you! (Not sure if this is because I rebooted the PC client immediately after it didn't initially register; whereas the mobile client was checked ~2hrs later)
